Please ring the parish office for available dates for Baptisms.
Criteria
- Contact us at least 4 weeks in advance of your preferred date
- Attend a preparation meeting with the parish priest
- One parent must be a baptised Catholic and the other must agree to the baptism of the child
- One godparent must be fully initiated Catholic (received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Communion and Reconciliation)
- Your place of residence must be within the St Flannan's Catholic Parish or if you do not live within the Parish, you must obtain a letter from your own Parish stating that the Parish Priest has given permission for the Baptism to take place at St Flannan's
- Both parents and child need to attend the Baptism Preparation.

- Birth Certificate - Child's
- Catholic Baptism Certificate - Parent/s
- Catholic Baptism and Confirmation Certificate - godparent
- Letter of permission from your Parish Priest (if applicable)
Costs
- Baptism $50 (preparation, certificate, baptism ceremony)
- Priest Stipend $75
- Should any cost cause undue financial stress, accommodation for your situation can be made in discussion with the parish priest
- Certificate replacement $30 (Scan & Email) $20
