Our church is cared for by parishioners who take turns on the cleaning roster.
This ministry involves many people, with no one having more than a small number of turns each year. It is one practical way to experience a sense of belonging and to meet new friends.
There are two cleaning groups:
- Altar cleaners who are responsible for cleaning of the altar and sanctuary and
- Church cleaners who are responsible for cleaning the body of the church.

In addition to the regular cleaning, occasional working bees are organised to make the church shine for special occasions such as for Easter, Christmas and Confirmation. Working bee details are advertised in the Parish Newsletter.
